Modified RTS96 - Phase 0

Abstract

This dataset is composed of 100 scenarios, all known to be feasible, based on the 1996 update (“The IEEE Reliability Test System - 1996”, IEEE Transactions on Power Systems, Vol. 14, No. 3, August 1999) of the IEEE Reliability Test System, originally published in 1979, modified by removing one line, linking buses 121 and 325, in order to generate a distinct power system network model.
